How do I place an order for delivery to the Channel Islands?

  1. Place your order on-line providing your billing card Name & Address.
  2. Provide the shipping address of ship2me as the delivery address using the unique ship2me reference number in the delivery address name field.
  3. We will then process your order and deliver it to ship2me. The onward delivery arrangement is formed in the agreement between you and ship2me. Back to top

UK Delivery Times

How will my order be delivered?
Your order may be delivered by courier or Royal Mail depending on the volumetric weight and in most cases a signature is required to accept receipt of the parcel.

Please ensure when you provide your delivery address, there will be someone at the delivery address provided to accept delivery between the hours of 8.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday.

Please also ensure you have left the correct telephone number and email address as we may need to contact you if there is a question regarding your delivery. Back to top

Priority Processing

For an additional charge, typically £2.99, we can prioritise your order to ensure it is one of the first to be processed by our warehouse. This ensures your order is passed by our warehouse to the Courier quicker.

In the event that an item is out of stock, as soon as the item becomes available your order will be processed as a priority! We do not offer split shipping so please place 2 separate orders if a product is indicated as on a waitlist and you want to receive the in stock item/s quicker. Back to top
