Delivery Info

Thane Direct UK accepts orders for delivery to almost all UK addresses*. Customers in the Republic of Ireland should visit www.thanedirect.ie

*We are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes, BFPO Addresses or the Channel Islands.

All orders are shipped within 28 days. We will usually deliver within 5-7 days, subject to the items being in stock. Please see the table below for delivery exceptions** Orders placed at weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Your order will be delivered by City Link Couriers. Your delivery will require a signature. Please ensure when you provide your delivery address, there will be someone at the delivery address provided to accept delivery between the hours of 9.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday.

Priority Processing

For an additional charge, typically £3.95, we can prioritise your order to ensure it is one of the first to be processed by our warehouse. This ensures your order is passed by our warehouse to the Courier quicker.

In the event that an item is out of stock, as soon as the item becomes available your order will be processed as a priority!
