Our sizes are UK sizes but you'll need to buy honestly, please select the size of the lumpy bumpy areas and not the size you ideally wish to become. For example, if you have 16 thighs but a size 14 tummy, you'll need the 16-18 in order for them to fit on the thighs.

I recently purchased the Slim 'n Lift Silhouette Supreme and I would say that it truly is a revolutionary slimming and lifting undergarment. It is also a great support for back problems. However despite the secret opening, going to the toilet is a problem. The opening is not suitably designed for a woman's flow consequently the garment gets wet. There is the added problem during menstruation.
I think the following suggestions would enhance this garment considerbly: remove the thigh/leg section and add poppers to the crotch so that pants can be worn and going to the toilet would be easier and more hygenic. Desigh a clip that can attach to the bra that you propose to wear rather than having to wear additional straps.

I purchased the Silhouette Supreme and I think it is absolutley brilliant! It does for youor body what would take 6 - 8 months in the gym! It also makes your tummy FLAT! My usual clothes size is 14 but purchased item in 16 - 18. This size feels snug so could have done with the next size up. All in all - a great value for money essential piece!

i just wnated to say how really fantastic these are. I have recently had a baby and the shape the supreme gives me is fantastic under anything, trousers, jeans and dresses. Would just like to mention that i am a size 12 - 14 but this did not even go over my legs, had to reorder 16 - 18 and it does the trick so just beware of ordering too small for fear of it not having the right afect. Hi, I have bought one of the slim n lift supremes from a slim n lift shop on the internet, but I dont think it is a genuine item, it has two very lumpy seams down the back and the discreet!! opening also has a very lumpy seam going right across my bottom which can be seen under trousers, the straps are wide and they dig into me....it's very unomfortable to ware for any length of time, can you show me close up pictures of the supreme so I can see the difference between this one and the real one please, because it is being advertised as the Original Slim N Lift Supreme, and I don't think it is......Kind regards Jan

Can anyone tell me if the sizes come up small or on the larger side? I am looking for dromatic results, I have another brand of this typr of product and have a size medium and I am not finding results as such...I am a 10-12 and dieting..please help!

Yes- 16-18 would be best as you will lose the baby weight and they will fit great.
