I have recently seen ur advert on TV and was like jumping with excitement. Well anyone having problems like me would have done so. I have a facial disfigurement and for years I spent lots of time and money trying to find a suitable foundation but none of the ones I tried gave me the coverage I was looking for until last year when I saw the advert for True Cover on TV. I bought the kit and it made an amazing difference. However I ran out of the natural colour and ordered another single pot of Natural colour and it arrived as usual very quickly. BUT I am so very disappointed as it is not the same consistency as my first pot at all. It doesn't give me the same coverage and it doesn't stay on as long either. It is much creamier. I am desperate to get the same as I bought before. Do I have to buy the "collection" to get the same foundation? Can you please please help as you don't know the difference your product made to me. I have been reading all the comments about True Cover, and your replies, I have seen this product advertised on the TV recently and am thinking maybe of purchasing it.
But quite a lot of the issues seems to be about getting the right shade, and when asking for samples you say you do not do that, surley it would be cheaper and more convenient for yourselves as well as the customers, as it saves sending it back for exchange, and the delay it takes, as customers who have returned for a different shade seem to have to wait. So why not think more of your customers, because usually where there are samples, people will then place orders. Please think about this, maybe I could have a sample before ordering?? as I to note sure what shade to order and could not be bothered to return and then wait for the correct shade. Ball in your court - you know it makes sense.

I have returned my medium true cover foundation as wanted to exchange for the lighter shade.I enquired today as to where it was as hadn't received any response and it was confirmed you had not received it. luckily i sent it by recorded delivery and could confirm when it had been signed for at your offices. hi there, im interesting in this product and i would like to say how amazing i have found it watching on tv, its truly spectacular. however i have an enquiry. i was wondering if it perhaps hides hair removal marks too. what i mean to say is i have a little facial hair problem and after removing the hair by wax im still left with a dark grey patch. do you think trucover would work for me. thnku very much
