fantastic alarm, my parrot can now be left out of his cage when i go out with out him setting the alarm off every time he decides to have a little fly lol.Best Alarm on the market if you have pets, beats my £200 Alarm system hands down.

We have 4 cats and a dog, will they cause the alarm to go off if they were walking around the house, the cats are indoor cats and we don't have a cat flap.

Is there any reason why I could not use Activator to trigger start of CCTV recording and a prerecorded message audible from each entry point?

Qu 1. If you set this product to activate a radio while you are on holiday, the postman is going to set it off on the first day - will the radio then stay on full blast for the whole week, or does it cut out after a time? Thanks very much.

Also could we use this as we have a cat - would the cat coming in and out of the cat flap set it off?

No teh radio will turn off after a short while. The cat flap will set it off if it is close enough. We suggest you try it as it really does work and with holidays coming up you will find it a great security device.

2 questions.
1. In a terraced house what if a neighbours door is closer than your farthest door from the unit?
2. Do all windows have to be shut when security active?

The great thing about Activator is that it can be used in lots of different environments because you set the level of sensitivity to the type of property you have. It does help if you shut the windows but you do not have to shut the windows in the upstairs to protect downstairs in most cases. You can always try it risk free and if it is not right for you - return it - but we think you will be impressed.

I purchased this at the full price, I note that the instructions say to get help setting it up, have helper to open doors to adjust the sensitivity.If they only need to touch an entry point why say to open them to adjust it. ??? Why are you selling them off cheap??.

Hi Mr Myall! The reason to have a helper to the very first set up is to make sure you get the sensitivity correct so that if they touch or open a door or window the alarm sounds. This is a highly advanced piece of technology and every house is different so you need to set it up for your house.
We are selling these cheap like every retailer - we get end of lines and closeouts and this is now a product we are selling through to make way for great new products...
