Hi, Im a big made person (Height 6 feet and 4 inches) Will i be able to work efficiently on this machine. Can I perform all exercises on this?

i love my new pilates power gym, but want to do more workouts using the machine and video. Do you have other videos out that can be used to give me more use and range this will then stop it becoming boring in the future?

Received my power gym 2 days after ordering it, absolutely love it. My 14 years old daughter also wants to work out on it, Is it safe for her, how often and what resistance should she do. If not suitable yet, at what age should she start?

Thane says...Glad to hear you're enjoying your PPG. We'd generally recommend that the equipment is suitable for over 16's. However if your you daughter does use the machine it must be under adult supervision, we'd also suggest consulting with your doctor.

Hi I have a pilates power gym and i love it, but ive lost the exercise manual that comes with it and i was wondering how i could get another one. And im also moving countries and want to take it with me but i dont have the original packaging. Will shipping it without its box damage it?

Regarding packaging for shipping we'd recommend that you wrap well with bubble wrap and old cardboard boxes - your local corner shop may give you some for free. It may not look as pretty as the original box, it'll protect your equipment. Good luck in your new country!

i purchased a machine before which i found was so confusing and so much work to change for each exercise which was very annoying, is this machine easy to move form one excercise to the other.

I am 105lbs in weight and is pilates gym convinient for me in loosing weight? Also is this machine ideal for me or do you recommend another machine for weight loss and the rest?

Thane says...105lbs would equate to 7.5st...we'd suggest that toning rather than a weight loss regime. In this respect the Pilates Power Gym would be perfect.

Hi there, i had my third baby by Cesarean and he is almost 7 months. im thinking of buying this...i need to know a few things if its possible: is it possible to lose weight (alot of weight) if used on a regular basis; whats the resistance level i.e. im currently 15 stone which is a lot, - will it be like lifting myself up when pulling on the cords if that makes sense...and also how do i return it if im not satisfied with the product - is there a money back gurantee (i however am hoping i do not have to return it) thank you!

hello from cyprus. i'm seriously thinking of bying your pylates power gym. i saw it on tv, from telemarketing, for 290 euro. just two questions: 1) i am 1,80cm, and weight 82kg. will it be ok? and 2nd: when i asked they told me there is no quarantee. how come you give a year quarantee and they do not?

Thane says...the maximum weight for the Pilates Power Gym is 125kgs, so you're well within that. There's no maximum height. Regarding guarantees, these may be slight variations from region to region.

Currently have the total gym, but thought this product might give me more resistance as the total gym works max of 60% based on elevation only? Also saw the promotion code on TV last night is it still valid, or was it last day yesterday?

The DVD accompanying the gym should have two workouts, the intensity of these workouts can be increased where appropriate by adjusting the incline in the gym. Can you store this gym under the bed for easy access and storage? what is the height of the machine when laid at its flattest?

Hello, what keeps the gym secured on the floor , when doing vigarous exercise wont the gym slide.

hi, i suffer from tremors, my doctor is still doing tests to find out what it is, i want to take action and start to help myself, i need to lose weight, (not because of my condition but because i want to)my daughter has type 1 diabetes, a.d.h.d and asthma and because of the care she needs i have forgotten to take care of myself. will this machine give me the full workout that i need to tone my body and help me to lose weight and can my daughter use it (she is 16) with her medical conditions plus she has learning differculties. plus how long does it take to deliver to northern ireland
