Can you tell me how this differs from the cheaper versions I have seen elsewhere please?

This product is manufactured for Thane only and is a very high quality model Halogen Turbo oven. It is VERY different side by side to other ovens which looks confusingly similar. Different type of heat (not all are really Infra red (even when they claim they are!), different bulb, different glass (Not all are made of food grade glass amazingly!), different cable (ours is high quality flex suitable for kitchens and high heat ovens), different accessories. We think if you had the choice you would prefer to spend the extra few pounds for the piece of mind that you have the high quality product from Thane and the customer service back up we offer.

My friend bought a Flavorwave from you,but thinks she left her recipe book and oven chart in the box,she wondered if she could either ask for another one or pay xtra charges for replacement,she doesn't know how to judge times and temperatures,she is disababled which is why I am asking,many thanks.
