I have used a few different steam mops but this one is the easiest to use especially for turning and getting into tight spaces, the detachable hand unit is a great addition to a great cleaner as it allows you to do so much more than just floors.

My ULTRA Mop arrived this morning, cannot praise it enough and have only just put it down. I have 2 young children so always scrubbing away, but worried about all the chemicals I was spraying around the house. I have successfully got to all those hard to reach places easily and whizzed round the bathrooms...accessory kit essential. Tomorrow, carpets and floors! ;-)

Remember to maintain your H2O Mop ULTRA by changing the water filter once every 3 to 6 months or 50 to 75 hours of use and don’t forget, especially if you live in a hard water area, that you will need to de-scale the H2O Mop round about the same time of changing the water filter. Fill up the water tank with ½ water and ½ white vinegar, leave overnight assembled to the H2O Mop ULTRA and steam the entire tank next day in a ventilated area. This exercise will keep your unit in tip top condition. Happy cleaning!

I was very sceptical at first but ordered h20 mop and accessories only to find that i am recommending it to all of my friends. i have a severe learning difficulties son who also has autism and cleaning with only steam makes the whole house gleaming and no chemicals to harm my son. How did I live without it....?

I've just steamed my kitchen; tiles, surfaces, cupboard doors and floors, and I cannot believe how much cleaner it is now - the H20 Mop really does what it says on the tin, and the attachments are brilliant and get in all the nooks and crannies. Thanks it’s great.

I received my H2O mop ultra a few days ago, I'm Wheelchair bound & was a little worried whether it would be too heavy for me but NO it's not. Found it SO EASY to use & it's done a brilliant job. Thanks Thane for a MUST HAVE product, wow, it's marvellous for anyone with disabilities as it's so light to use!!!

I am very pleased with my purchase of the H20 Ultra mop. As a disabled person I find it so easy to use, and can now reach to clean where I couldn't before. It does what it says it will do in the advert, it is really amazing.

Can detergent be used in the water chamber for carpet cleaning?
Thane Says.... The H2o Mop only needs water to deliver great results. You should add only water to the water chamber. If you have a favourite detergent you can spray the floor with it before passing the H2O Mop over it.

I think the Thane direct H2O mop ultra is the best mop ever! It cleans every mess in my house, it truly is amazing!
