I purchased my true sleeper 3 yrs ago after having major probs with slewping due to chronic back pains due to morbid obesity, my true sleeper is a dream come true and i luv going to bed now its amazing, i now have to buy a new one today as my dog decided she wanted to dig a hole in the middle lol and i cant be without it, it is amazing especially for people with serious weight problems who are not getting a good nights sleep due to pains this will def help u !!

i am very peased with my truesleeper but just disappointed that there was no cover with it every were else as got a cover with them i dont why yous as not got one as its a lot of money with out the cover why do you have to oder cover on its own

what is the density of the foam. I know the topper is 2" thick but the foam used is measured in its weight in kg/m3. please advise

I bought 2 true sleepers about two and a half years ago.On my reccomendation 2 friends have purchased them and agree with me as to their efficacy.I use my electric blanket as I feel the cold bady and I have never had a problem.

I have recently purchased your True Sleeper Mattress Topper with which I am delighted. Your instructions state the common sense do's and don'ts such as burning cigarettes, space heaters, naked lights, welding or other burning operations, surface for ironing etc.
QUESTION.... Can an electric blanket be used with this Mattress Topper

Hi canu help? I have bought an ordinary mattress topper for a two seater sofa bed which works well enough [enabling it to be stored inside when folding into a sofa once more]. Can a memory mattress topper be used in the same way - I have bouht a new three seater sofa and wish to add to the mattress height and comfort using a memory foam mattress. I appreciate that a new memory topper needs 24hrs to "re-shape" hence my query will it work adequately if stored within the sofa bed, which incidentally will only be used on an ocassional basis?!

Yes it is fine to use it this way. However with all foam it does not like to be folded too much as it will eventually tear - this is usual with any type of foam - so we would advise you to make sure that you take care when storing it.

i am concerned at the questions asking about electric blanket use with the memory foam and the advice that you CAN use elec blankets .

the idea of the memory foam is it uses body temperature to mould the shape and it has to be in room temperature when unpacking.
so adding another heat source will only damage the product and limit the effect that your body naturally forms.

i'd like more research info available please as the much dearer companies offer this advice and recommend no elec blanket use with their foam toppers etc.

We do not recommend the use of electric blankets, but we do agree that some customers need to have them to keep warm and so our checks with the manufacturer have come back that it is safe to use an electric blanket (it won't burn the mattress topper). I hope this helps yoru query.

hi there been watching yor tv commercial and reading comments and your web site. Now im a big lad weighing 25 stone, i also was involce in an accident to which i have had vast surgery to my knees. I have had a hospital bed in my lounge for 7 months now with Nimbue3 air matteress and a hospital foam matteress, I now can get up stairs but cant sleep on my own bed would the topper be surficent for my weight and needs would you think ?????

I bought a memory foam bed from makro store about 18 months ago and am very disapointed with it, I find that my limbs are very comfortable but my torrso is not, it feels as if the memory foam is not deep enough for my weight which is 15 stone. do you think if I bought your topper it would rectify this. also is there a money back guarantee with this offer.

Just got my True Sleeper - but even after 24 hours it stills looks very ugly and did not unfold perfectly. There are some parts, which did unfold but most is the same as after unpacking. Any ideas/hints how to make this happen to work?

You must unfold the mattress yourself and take it out of all of the packing and then leave the mattress flat and in a room temperature environment - it will then start to form a regular shape and can be used.

When my Truesleeper first arrived I opened it up and wondered how on earth it was supposed to fit on the bed as it was only just a bit wider than a single. That was until I realised it was folded over but then it seemed even thinner and nothing like on the TV advert.
But I did what it said on the packing and left the topper out for 24hrs and sure enough as if by magic it came back into shape and the full size and depth.
My major complaint with this product and the pillows is that I NEVER want to get out of bed in a morning. I even look forward to getting into bed!!

I'd like to buy a True Sleeper for my young daughter who suffers from Turners Syndrome, but she sleeps in a 30 inch wide bed. Do you make them 30 inches or is it a simple task to trim it to size?

dear sirs,

back to january 2006 i bought two true sleepers. when i opened the packages and i was first disappointed because on the one half part it was in very good shape. on the other half part it wasn't in shape. til today, december, the true sleeper still haven't come to full shape. i don't know what to do to let the true sleeper to come to full shape.

When i first opened my package, I must say i was very dissapointed, all foam was out of shape and diddnt fit the bed at all, and there was i big kink in the middle where it had been folded, I was about to phone customer services but then I thought back to the commercial... It is "memory foam" after all. I left if for a while and gradually it took the shape of the bed. When it came to bed time it had fully expanded and was a perfect fit. I had the best sleep in ages as usually I lie on my side and on a normal matteress, my sholder starts to ache. Ive since bought another one for the old bed in the spare room as my brother usually sleeps in there when he visits and he complains of lumpy springs. He was so impressed with the comfort that he thought I had bought a new bed. It has now gone from that room and is on HIS OWN bed!! I have no cash at the moment but I am now just about to order another one with the pillows to (credit card at the ready)! Im going to buy the materess cover as well asIi find that with my Tru Sleeper at the moment, the bottom sheet on the bed tends to slide off a bit. This should hopefully rectify the issue. I would HIGHLY recomend this product to anyone who enjoys a good nights kip and wants a luxurious sleep. 10/10.

May I say, I was highly sceptical about this product, being as thin as it was. I suffer from osteo arthritis in my back (after multiple rib fractures) and also in my knees (after breaking both of those in the past). I bought the tru Sleeper to 'try it out' and must say that I am now sleeping better than I have done in the past 20 years. I wake up in the morning and can stand up straight within 5 minutes of getting out of bed. My partner described the feeling of the tru Sleeper as 'cuddling' her when she slept on it. This is without doubt the best money I have spent in a very long time. Thank you very much for a great product
