At Thane we remain committed to staying open and serving our customers, whilst supporting and following all Government guidelines during these challenging times. The safety of our team and valued customers remains our continued focus.
With the impacts of COVID-19, whilst we remain operational and endeavouring to get goods to customers up-to 10 working days, there may be times where delivery services are slightly delayed. However we will communicate any issues encountered by us or our delivery partners directly with you.
During this time we are not offering our guaranteed ‘Next Day’ or ‘Chosen Day’ delivery services.
We will provide a dispatch update via email and a delivery tracking number will follow from our delivery partner when your order is dispatched so please check your email for updates.
Currently our return services are suspended, but we are extending our returns policies and will accept returns and issue refunds once the movement restrictions are lifted. We will notify you on our website once things are back up and running, we appreciate your patience.

Thane Direct UK delivers to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland only. To place an order for delivery to the Channel Islands you will need to use a Shipping Company such as www.ship2me.co.uk. For residents of the Isle of Man please visit our store on Amazon.co.uk for rates on shipping.

UK Delivery Times
All orders are shipped within 28 days. We will usually deliver within 7-10 days, subject to the items being in stock. Orders placed at weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order may be delivered by a nationally recognised carrier such as Hermes, Yodel, Royal Mail or by Interlink/DPD if you have selected a paid for option. In all cases a signature is required to accept receipt of the parcel. Please ensure when you provide your delivery address, that there will be someone at the delivery address provided to accept delivery between the hours of 8.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday. Please also ensure you have left the correct telephone number and email address so the carrier can send you information about your delivery by text and email.

What is Premium Delivery?
For an additional charge, you can select ‘Next Day’ or a ‘Chosen Day’ delivery service. This also ensures your order is passed by our warehouse to the Courier quicker.
In the event that an item is out of stock, as soon as the item becomes available your order will be processed as a priority! We do not offer split shipping so please place 2 separate orders if a product is indicated as on a waitlist and you want to receive the in stock item/s quicker.
